The wedding was so much fun, in fact, that I had a terrible time narrowing down the photos and am going to post them in chunks, starting backwards with their rockin’ reception!

Recognize this lady?? I’ve been meaning to blog beautiful Jenny for-evvvverrrrr (see the snow in these pics?? :)! I just love the Solars, as fabulous friends and super photographers. Now, they’ve started a new venture – The Happy Family Movement, too. You HAVE to check it out if you have kiddos!

We’ve shot each other now several times, but it was finally time for Miss J to take some Coquettes. She looks fantastic, no??

I HAD MY BABY!!!! Yay! Sullivan AlDyne Walker Chance (Sully) was born April 4th at 10:51a.m. after a crrrrrrrazzzzzy delivery! We just love him to pieces and are so glad to have him! I thought I’d put up a few highlight pics of him here to show him off (in chronological order – he’s grown so much already). Anyone who has emailed me recently knows I’ve been a little slow responding… SORRY!!! But can you blame me, looking at this darling little face?? :) There’s a shot of Sully with our own fabulous Kris & one with Ashley, too, for past clients who remember their wonderful ways!

Ohmygoodness, it’s been a loooooooong time since I posted here, hasn’t it?? So sorry for the dry spell! I’m actually about THISSSSSCLOSE to having a baby (!!) and it’s pretty much occupied all my time :) Either way, I have a super adorable senior to share today – Kinsy! I shot Kinsy’s darling sister, Lauren, a couple years ago, and just love the whole family to pieces! Congrats Kinsy :)

Without a doubt, Sarah & Jake’s wedding was absolutely perfect. It’s rare to find a completely perfect wedding (not that all of my clients aren’t wonderful and each wedding unique and fabulous in its own way :) – but one where the couple is sooooo in love and adorable, the colors are gorgeous, the decor is stunning (and handmade, in Sarah’s case), the locations lovely, the plans uniquely creative, and the weather perfect! Seldom do allllllll of these things come together and work out so well! Needless to say, I really enjoyed this day, as well as working with Sarah & Jake throughout their engagement. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for them – I know it will be wonderful! :)

Keagan is totally adorable, right?? Her+plus that fabulously cute floral dress+the amazzzzzzing light we got that night was just almost too much to handle! :)

Miss Sarah is a fantabulous photographer, herself, and was in need of some new shots for her marketing material. I was happy to oblige, as she’s totally adorable and so super sweet! :)

Believe it or not, the weather was rainy and gloomy the whole day of Mary’s shoot. We decided to go ahead and try to get her in anyway and miraculously the clouds cleared and gave us a spectacular afternoon to shoot! Neither rain, nor snow… ;)

After shooting Dylan’s fabulous brother, Drew, a few years ago, I was delighted to hear back from this awesome family for Dylan’s senior photos. He turned out to be just as wonderful as his brother and we had a great time shooting around Tonganoxie!

Hillary and I had a fabulous time shooting! She is really into theatre and wanted something to reflect that, so we did a lot of our shooting around/inside the fabulous Madrid Theatre.

I don’t get to shoot many boys, but whenever I do, it seems they’re always just the sweetest, cutest fellas! Alec was no exception! Hope the rest of senior year/sports season goes great, Alec! :)

I just love these guys :) What else is there to say?!?

I always have so much fun when I get to shoot groups of friends for their senior photos – Kody, Kari & Joanne are all BFFs so it was a blast to hear from each of them :) And isn’t Kody absolutely stunning??

These two are just such sweethearts :) I’ve known Adam for awhile since he and my hubby work together – I’m soooo happy for him and for Whitney! Can’t wait to see what their Hawaiian wedding brings :)

Kelsea is the third of her sisters that I’ve had the pleasure of shooting with! Their whole family is so very sweet and genuine – I’m going to miss em!! :)

Congrats to Megan & Eran! They tied the knot on a beautiful day in Loose Park, followed by a gorgeous reception at the Downtown Airport Museum – a fantastic place for events or just to go check out old airplanes! :)

1) If you haven’t heard yet, I’m pregnant! Sam & I are expecting our first little one April 7! What this means for you is that I’ll be doing a VERY limited amount of spring sessions. If you’re a senior, it would definitely be smart to go ahead and book a fall session. October is pretty much full, but we should still have some beautiful colors in November. As of now, there’s still plenty of shoot time available then! Email kelley@kelley-photo.com for information and scheduling.

I’m a terrible blogger and should have had this up ages ago, but here it is now anyway :) I was fortunate to have the amazing Amy Seeley, as well as Drew Van Horn’s band of many names come perform an intimate concert in my backyard with a few of our close friends. To say the experience was incredible is to put it mildly. It was really a once-in-a-lifetime evening!! Hope you can get a sense of it from the photos :)

I absolutely adore that first photo! I don’t even remember taking it, but noticed it while browsing through the images. It’s such a sweet, unguarded, adorable moment! These two are really a great couple and I’ve had a wonderful time getting to know them :)

Also, thanks to Drew for coming out and shooting with me! There’s a few of his images mixed in here too!

I’m sooooo loving it when the weather cooperates for shoots! Poor Katie had to be rescheduled about 6 times I think due to heat or rain or humidity, so we were sooooo thrilled to finally have a nice day to shoot on. Isn’t she just lovely??
